Grace Period

Reservation may be canceled without incurring any fees within 24 hours after booking confirmation.

 

Reservations and Cancellations

All bookings at Dinesen Collection are non-refundable. If you cannot make it for your booked reservation, we do offer the option of changing the date of your stay according to availability. A second cancellation cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

 

Room Guarantee

Full pre-payment on a credit card or bank transfer is required at the time of booking. A valid credit card is required to confirm your booking.

 

Cancellation Policy

All pre-paid bookings are non-refundable but it allows the guest to change the date of the booking according to availability. A second cancellation cannot be changed for new dates or refunded.

 

Refundable damage deposit

A DKK2500-12000 damage deposit is required on arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, as long as there isn't any damage to the property.
