Apartments & Amenities
1. Where are the Dinesen Collection apartments located?
Our apartments are located near strategic places in the "Gammelholm" area of Copenhagen—Kings Square, Royal Theatre, and Nyhavn Harbour.
All are near taxi and bus stops and within steps of the best spots in the city, such as famous landmarks, scenic spots, Michelin restaurants, museums, shopping destinations, and much more.

2. Are the apartments family-friendly?
Yes. Our apartments are perfect for couples, friends, and families alike.
3. Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our apartments.
4. Is parking available?
Paid parking is available off premises, usually directly outside or nearby the apartments.
5. Is WiFi available?
Yes. All our units have atleast 100mbit Wi-Fi access.
6. Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is permitted outdoors only.
Reservation & Terms
1. How do I book a stay?
You can book directly through our website. Browse through our properties in our listings page, or search for available apartments based on your check-in and check-out dates.
2. How do I pay?
You can pay online through our website—we accept all major credit cards, wire transfer and Bitcoin.
Payment is collected in full at booking confirmation.
3. How much is the rate per night?
Our apartments vary in sizes and amenities, so rates vary as well. Check out each listing to see individual rates.
4. Are there other charges?
There is a refundable damage deposit between 2500-12000 DKK required upon arrival. The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, provided that there is no damage to the property.

Staying at Dinesen Collection
1. What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
2. Can check in early or check out late?
Early check-in and late check-out options will be offered through our guest portal, given if availability allows for it.
We have 24/7 access luggage storage rooms in most of our units.
3. Can I hold events in the apartment?
The apartment is intended for personal stay only, no parties or events are allowed unless otherwise agreed.
